Today, we’re kicking off a week full of our favorite Portland wedding locations!  Finding the right venue for your wedding is important since it sets the tone for the day.  It’s all about the ambiance, cost, services and practicality.  (What is the venue’s capacity for guests?  Is parking ample and accessible?)  Each day we’ll bring you info about a new ceremony and/or reception site in Portland and the surrounding area.  Here’s what you can expect today and the rest of the week:

{Monday}  Best Portland wedding site with a view of the city
{Tuesday}  Cutest church in Portland
{Wednesday}  Best park or garden in North Portland
{Thursday}  Most popular Portland garden
{Saturday}  Best mountain location near Portland

So, let’s get started with one of our favorite places to grab a drink, enjoy Sunday happy hour appetizers and soak in a stunning view of the city: Portland City Grill!  While this 10-year-old restaurant is one of the top-rated hang out spots in town, it’s also a great place to get married if you’re looking for urban appeal.  Here’s the run-down on what you need to know when planning a wedding at Portland City Grill:
